Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Apprentice to support the OSA Contract team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of project support tasks including processing DFE\'s, preparing estimate invoicing, managing daily job intakes, coordinating with subcontractors and submitting documentation to the client. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Triage DFE\'s (Design for Excellence) efficiently and accurately using our in house AFS system.
- Prepare and manage estimate invoicing related to project milestones and activities using our AFS system.
- Review and check daily new job intakes on our in-house MIS system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Issue work instructions and orders to subcontractors promptly.
- Submit date change requests (DCRs) and other required documentation to the client via Microsoft outlook and the in house AFS system.
- Maintain accurate records and update project databases regularly.
- Liaise collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Become an AFS system superuser for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure inhouse systems are fully up to date and accurate (training will be provided)
Desirable skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes through provided training.
Salary: £21,000 per annum.
Working hours: 40 hours per week.
