Search are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting an IT Support Analyst Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 8 Qualification based in their Glasgow office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line IT support to end-users, responding to incidents and service requests via the service desk ticketing system and telephone calls
- Assist with 2nd line support tasks under supervision, escalating issues where appropriate
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration including: User account setup and password resets as well as email and mailbox troubleshooting
- Using Microsoft Inturn you will assist with device enrolment, compliance check and troubleshooting of mobile and endpoint devices
- You will be responsible for providing support through SharePoint including user access and permissions and documenting library and sync issues
- You will be responsible for logging, tracking and updating incidents and requests through a ticketing system

Salary: £18,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
