An opening has risen within our File Management team. This is a team who has supported several apprentices over the years, so you are in safe hands!

What will you be doing?

  • 1st point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team. You will triage requests, escalate and manage accordingly.
  • Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management). You will search and maintain client details here.
  • Using Worksite to create new files, entering information accurately and effectively, filing daily correspondence.
  • Dealing with file requests made by staff and Partners.
  • Indexing and storage of old files.
  • Communicating with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary: £22,932 per annum

Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Future prospects: Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
