Euro Systems are one of the UK's leading independent IT providers. They are based in Glasgow with offices across the UK. They pride themselves on providing first class IT support and telecommunication solutions for their clients. They are now looking for a passionate Network Engineer Apprentice to join their supportive IT team within a helpdesk role!

As an apprentice, you will join their teams of support engineers where you will assist in troubleshooting customers' problems remotely and face to face. During the apprenticeship, you will gain first-class mentoring and support from industry professionals to help you grow into an all-round support specialist!

Responsibilities:
  • Your day to day will centre around the helpdesk and supporting customers' issues such as backups, email support and password resets.
  • Visiting customers' sites to assist with installs and break fix troubleshooting.
  • Working from our workshop to build PCs/servers and fixing when required.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Network troubleshooting.
  • Network segmentation.
  • Providing top class customer service and support.

Salary: £16,500 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role. On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 8.
