Tech Mobile is looking for an enthusiastic IT Level 8 Apprentice to join our team in Stornoway!

At Tech Mobile, they specialise in building and refurbishing branded PC systems, using high-quality components to ensure the best service for their customers. As part of the team, you'll gain hands-on experience assembling and maintaining PC systems while developing essential IT skills in a supportive environment.

What’s Involved?

  • Provide hands-on support for hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • \\n

  • Assist in setting up and configuring new devices and systems.
  • \\n

  • Help manage IT systems, including networks, databases, and servers.
  • \\n

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • \\n

  • Learn to maintain and update software and systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • \\n

What do we need from you?

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure (no experience required – we’ll train you!).

Salary: 
£15,704 per annum.

Working week: 
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 37.5hrs per week.
