Employer description: GM Instruments (UK leaders in medical technology) are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join their team. If youβre into tech, systems, and helping people, this is a solid way to get real workplace skills while learning how a modern healthcare business runs.
What you will be doing:
- Being the first response for customers and suppliers via phone and email (Outlook)
- Preparing customer quotations by calculating costs and prices using Microsoft Excel, and creating quote documents in Microsoft Word
- Arranging and joining meetings with customers and suppliers using Microsoft Teams, scheduled through Outlook
- Learning SAP Business One and processing approved quotations into customer sales orders
- Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers and managing supplier transactions in SAP Business One
- Managing customer orders from start to finish, giving updates and resolving queries using SAP Business One
- Processing customer invoice requests accurately and on time in SAP Business One, making sure documents are saved correctly
- Producing customer correspondence, invoices, and supporting documents using Microsoft Word
