Overview: As a Digital Legal Support Apprentice, you will provide crucial business support for personal injury claims, managing tasks like client communication, case management, document preparation, and diary management to assist fee earners and ensure the efficient operation of the Legal Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and third parties, providing proactive communication to manage claims and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • You will become a Superuser in Visualfiles case management system where you will update and maintain client claim records ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with counsel and other legal representatives through Visualfiles to keep caseloads fully up to date and accessible to fee earners.
  • Carry out accurate data entry tasks, using tools such as Microsoft Excel to capture, analyse, and maintain information that supports decision-making across the business.
  • Manage and schedule client and internal meetings using digital tools and platforms to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare and report data insights, providing valuable information to various departments to improve efficiency and client service.
  • Manage the secure transfer and storage of digital files across shared drives, supporting seamless collaboration between teams and departments.
  • Assist with the preparation of companywide communications and digital presentations.
  • Use Microsoft Teams daily to communicate with colleagues, share information, and attend meetings, developing strong digital collaboration skills.

Salary: £20,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
