DS Business Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our IT and customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, learn to troubleshoot across printers, software, networks, and digital systems, and gain valuable on-site and remote support experience.
This role leads to a nationally recognised Digital Helpdesk Support SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship, with full training, mentoring from experienced engineers, and company vehicles for field work.
