Ross & Liddell manage a range of properties for the benefit of a range of people: tenants, landlords, developers and owner-occupiers, and are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team in Glasgow. In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and will become a valued member of the team while completing an SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship. Their team is a perfect place to kickstart your career, supported by experienced colleagues and the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Chase overdue invoices and ensure timely payments through letters, phone calls, and live chat, while maintaining accurate records in CPL, the property management CRM.
  • Negotiate and manage client payment plans via phone and email on MS Outlook, and update agreements in CPL.
  • Process card payments and set up Direct Debits using CPL, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, live chats, and written correspondence, resolving client tickets promptly.
  • Conduct Land Registry searches on internal portal and Experian searches, track lender correspondence, instruct and monitor NOPL registrations, and run reports from CPL for accurate data management in Excel.
  • Monitor instalments and standing orders in CPL, follow up on defaults, and keep records up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues and provide updates on payment status.

Salary £20,000 per annum

Working hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
