About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Operations Apprentice to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to a wide range of operational and digital tasks, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional environment.
What does the role look like?
- First responder for all individuals coming into Ashurst’s Glasgow office. Ensure visitor passes are created using C-CURE, in line with building security procedures.
- Manage the Operations inbox, actioning tickets as they come in and triaging or escalating where necessary.
- Manage office stock levels and order where necessary. You’ll become an expert on 3E, which you will use to generate invoices.
- Report maintenance issues and support the overall health and safety of the office.
- Assist the Operations team by maintaining up-to-date records of fire wardens and first aiders, ensuring the health and safety portal is kept current.
- Support with the bookings of desks via Kadence.
- Book meeting rooms and events via Trimble.
- Manage diary using MS Outlook and attend MS Teams calls regularly.

Salary:
£18,000 per annum, rising to Real Living Wage should you be kept on after completion of your apprenticeship.
Working week:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
