About the role: Scotia Survey and Safety are looking to bring on a Digital Support Apprentice to support with their growing workload. In this role, you will help keep the office running smoothly through operation support and clear communication, while gaining real experience in a growing, fast-moving business. This is a paid apprenticeship and a great opportunity for someone whoβs organised, reliable, and keen to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities: First responder to incoming calls and in-person visits from clients and acting as first response for the office email ticketing system on Microsoft Outlook. This will involve triaging phone calls and ticketed emails to the relevant team member Become a βsuperuserβ on Sage β business management software β to support operation and financial processes. This will include booking jobs into Sage, creating sales and quotes to provide to customers and raise invoices Update and maintain rental management system, OnRent, to keep an up to date record on all equipment in and out of the office Upload and organise documents to digital filing system, OneDrive Inputting and updating Microsoft Excel databases to manage information covering customer equipment, equipment hires, PO numbers and sales before uploading to OneDrive Collaborate and communicate with team members on Asana to process documents, tasks and jobs in a timely manner to ensure workflow Drafting customer rates on Microsoft templates for external and internal use Desirable skills: Reliable, hard worker with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and give 110% Proficient in using computerised systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Salary: Β£19,552 per annum Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8am β 5pm, 1 hour lunch break Benefits: Company pension Private healthcare after 1 year Friendly working environment 1 extra day holiday for every year with the business On-site parking Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
