About Speirs Gumley: We are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join our busy property factoring business. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes of working in an office environment and gain hands-on experience across all departments. The position is busy and varied, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Duties include reception cover and use of our switchboard system, MiVoice, managing shared mailboxes using Microsoft Outlook, organising keys and fobs, and carrying out digital support tasks using Excel and our CRM system, CPL. Responsibilities: First responder using MiVoice for switchboard/reception cover when clients are getting in touch with questions/queries. Be a CPL (CRM system) superuser for the business. This is the database that stores our customer/client data. This will require in the inputting of accurate information and editing/adding/removing information when requested. Manage shared mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook, responding to customer questions and triaging problems/concerns and escalating when appropriate. Utilise Microsoft Excel to update/edit spreadsheets containing client/customer data. Organising keys and fobs, distributing them to the relevant holders. Skills required Good time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and support colleagues across all departments. No prior experience required—full training will be provided. Salary: £17,000 per annum. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. The role is based in our office in Rutherglen and hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday. Benefits On site parking. Office incentives.
