We are currently seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Inverness [IV2 5GH] office. A significant part of this role will involve liaising with the firm's clients.
Duties:- Banking cheques on behalf of the Inverness office to ensure steady cash flow, using various portals.
- Liaising with clients via telephone, transferring calls as relevant, and logging client information on our internal CRM system.
- Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality at events.
- Managing diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
- Collaborating with staff and courier companies regarding mail.
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms upon request from Partners and clients, ensuring all AV equipment is correctly set up.
- Handling incoming mail and delivering it to the appropriate person, as well as banking duties (e.g., visiting the bank).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: £21,480 per annum.
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Future prospects: High performers may have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after completing their qualification. Many previous apprentices remain with the company. Salary discussions for permanent roles will be held upon successful completion.
