As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, gaining hands-on experience while being a valued member of our team. You will be working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents – this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about learning, developing customer service skills and growing in a dynamic environment.Â

Responsibilities:

- \\n
- First point of contact for clients inbound and outbound over the phone and via shared Microsoft Outlook inbox
- Superuser of Apex, a property software used to maintain and organise records; handling client details, updating sales and legal records and filing of correspondence
- Being involved in tendering process by logging tickets on Apex, triaging requests and allocating tickets to relevant members of the sales team – managing the recording and status of enquiries and leads
- Utilising Credas to maintain accurate and secure records of ID and bank statements for auction sales
- Contacting interested parties on Essential Information Group (EIG) system regarding registering for bidding at auction
- Providing general business support for all departments and managing post and filing promptly
- Liaising with external viewing agents regarding viewings
- Printing and preparing auction paperwork for negotiators to fill in once sold – leading up to preparing and sending to solicitors over the course of the apprenticeship
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering online when required
