Overview:
\\n
We are currently an apprentice to join our Residential Property Team in Edinburgh. You will provide various legal support to different teams within the office.
\\n
Key responsibilities:
\\n
- \\n
- 1st point of contact for clients who are making RP enquiries. You will triage requests, troubleshoot and escalate to another member of staff where required
- Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management) to accurately maintain and update client information
- You will be opening new cases on 3E, issuing Residential Acquisition Reports and inputting data from reports onto Solcase (a case management system)
- Receive tasks via BigHand (a digital workflow and task management platform used for delegating, tracking, and prioritising work) with regards to printing/scanning requests for RP team
- Issue Amiqus requests to clients and assisting with aspects of Anti Money Laundering compliance
- Assisting with correspondence/ running letters from Solcase
- Work in collaboration with the internal finance team when running fee notes

Salary: £22,932 per annum

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company.
