Overview:
We are currently a new apprentice in our Inverness office. You will provide various legal support to different teams within the office.
What will you be doing?
- Utilise BigHand digital dictation software to efficiently record, edit, and submit voice files for transcription, enabling streamlined documentation and improved workflow management. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be a key user and be able to provide support to newcomers on the system.
- Superuser of system Worksite to save relevant emails within the set folder structures for each framework and creating new folders as required.
- Act as first port of call for clients who enquire about updates on their case, logging info as required on Lawsoft, a CRM system.
- Assist with client and matter opening.
- Collaborating with partners in relation to the opening of new files and/or receipt of new instructions for a new file via MS Outlook, Teams and in person.
- Manage the reception on an ad-hoc basis which will require to keep a log of visitors to the firm.

Salary: Β£22,932 per annum.
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday,9am β 5pm.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification.Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
