What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to digital support for staff and clients, handling orders, requests, and invoices.
  • Become an expert in ISSAC, our system for client orders and payments.
  • Support teams with client records, finance needs, and reporting.
  • Learn and master Microsoft Office Suite to help with data collection and invoicing.
  • Lead new system rollouts and share your expertise with the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning and growing in admin.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a love for customer service.
