Overview:
We are currently looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join their busy office team. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, people centric environment, you would be working out of our office in Glasgow.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to gain experience in an office environment and achieve a long-term future in our business. It’s an enjoyable and varied role, completing vital paperwork for the business, liaising with other internal departments. It's an entry-level role but a pivotal one!

The Role / Duties:
\\n
- \\n
- You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff & clients, working collaboratively across our network. This will include processing standard requests, problem solving to investigate client issues and processing purchase ledger invoices.
- In this role you will become an expert user in ISSAC our system used for almost all client orders and payments. You will have an advanced level of access to process orders, provide information requests, and reconciliation of supplier statements.
- You will work collaboratively across the business being the first point of contact to support others in the organisation to understand specific features of these packages, and how to use them for maintaining and updating client records, finance requirements & reporting duties.
- You will become a super user over the duration of your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will be required to share with other end users across the organisation.
- You will learn to be responsible for the introduction of new systems as and when required as well.
- You will be proficient in all the Microsoft Office Suite. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting for importing & exporting, data collection & generating client specific reports and invoicing.
