About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Project Management SCQF Level 8 qualification with QA. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business, gaining exposure to project coordination, documentation, procurement, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain comprehensive documentation tracking for project work scopes
  • Act as a focal point for project documentation administration and coordinate internal meetings as required
  • Assist in writing both non-technical and technical documentation, including Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and Factory Testing documentation
  • Evaluate current document control processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the procurement process, helping to monitor vendors and communicate any delays internally
  • Carry out document control and general administrative duties as required by the business
  • Attend and support client meetings
  • Assist various departments with testing and fabrication activities related to project scope

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in project management, engineering, or operations

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
