Safelift Offshore Ltd are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Applications Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital systems, support, and business operations while working towards an SCQF Level 6 qualification in Digital Applications delivered by QA. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, developing valuable digital and professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Train to become a super user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Planner) and Microsoft Access, supporting daily business operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for digital application queries, providing first-line support and guidance to colleagues.
- Work collaboratively across Projects, HSEQ, Commercial, and Marketing teams to improve workflows and ensure accurate data management.
- Assist with marketing activities using Canva, Mailchimp, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), liaising with external digital media suppliers where needed.
- Maintain document control and task/project management within SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Lists, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Utilise Microsoft Copilot (AI) to streamline reporting, communications, and digital processes across the business.
What we’re looking for:

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
