As Associate Dean / Head of Department, you’ll lead a strategic academic partnership with a top-tier university, ensuring outstanding programme delivery, regulatory compliance, and student success. You’ll champion:
- Advanced Practice postgraduate programmes that integrate real-world experience and employer engagement.
- Curriculum innovation aligned with industry needs and future skills.
- Quality assurance and academic standards that drive retention, progression, and attainment.

You’ll also contribute to teaching at undergraduate/postgraduate level and may manage one or more programmes.
