About the Role:As an Assessments Admin Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pre-enrolment assessments and ensuring smooth operations across our admissions processes. From preparing applicant packs to coordinating test setups and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly impact the success of our learners and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day admin tasks including CRM updates, document checks, and applicant communications

Support test setup, invigilation, and archiving

Collaborate with internal teams and partner universities

Maintain compliance and audit-ready records

Travel to other centres when needed

Be flexible to support evening and weekend work during peak periods
