Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional with a passion for education? At QA Higher Education (QAHE), we're on a mission to open up access to world-class education—and we're looking for an Account Manager to help us do it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of applicants, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Engage with students, agents, and partners via multiple channels
  • Support the Sales Team Leader to exceed recruitment targets
  • Guide applicants through the full lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment
  • Advise students on meeting application requirements (docs, interviews, English tests, etc.)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in internal systems
  • Attend recruitment events and meet students on campus when needed

You’ll be the friendly expert who keeps students motivated, informed, and confident throughout their journey.

Experience

  • Proven success in a sales or target-driven environment
  • Experience in higher education recruitment is a plus
