About The Role

As our new Student Applications Manager, you’ll guide UK students through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives, while leading and inspiring a high performing team. You’ll set clear expectations, coach for success, and manage performance confidently — all while creating an environment where your team can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full application pipeline for UK students — from first contact to enrolment.
  • Deliver against conversion targets (with bonus opportunities!)
  • Build strong relationships across admissions, assessments, recruitment and marketing.
  • Own and refine the assessment booking process for applicants.
  • Provide first‑class customer service to students, partners, and agents.
  • Run and support offer‑holder events across our campuses.
  • Engage applicants across multiple channels — advising, guiding, and removing barriers to enrolment.
  • Keep our CRM data accurate, up to date, and pipeline‑ready.
  • Produce weekly and monthly conversion reports for senior leadership.
  • Advise on funding options and support students in meeting requirements.
  • Champion our programmes and ensure they meet subscription goals.
  • Lead a team, driving performance and effectively manage workload and pipelines.

About You

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in a sales or conversion role
  • Proven experience leading a team, driving performance management, and effectively managing workload and pipelines
  • Strong organisational skills and a drive to hit targets
  • The ability to build rapport across diverse groups
  • A positive, entrepreneurial, high energy mindset
  • Confidence in using CRM systems (Essential)
  • Most importantly — you’re motivated, competitive, and ready to make a difference.
