- Drive continuous improvement through technology, compliance, and process innovation
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within Higher Education
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, legislation, and HRIS development
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) and educated to degree level
