The Opportunity
We are seeking inspiring Associate Lecturers to deliver cutting‑edge teaching at postgraduate Level 7, with opportunities to contribute at undergraduate level.

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Doctorate (or close to completion) in a relevant subject
- Teaching experience in Higher Education (Level 7 preferred)
- Teaching qualification and/or HEA Fellowship – desirable
- Proven research output in your area of expertise
- Relevant professional membership – desirable
- Project planning and management
- Applied technologies such as MS Project, Power BI, and AI
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
