Location: London

Working Style: Hybrid

Contract: 9-month Fixed Term

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and develop interactive blended learning materials for QAHE programmes, combining digital and live learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and academic teams to create high-quality, engaging content that meets learning objectives.
  • Apply learning design and pedagogical principles, to ensure best learning outcomes for students.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital content with live and asynchronous delivery stages.
  • Manage discreet content creation projects, onboarding SMEs and SMRs and ensuring delivery to agreed timeframes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Teaching experience and the ability to apply this to content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of educational theory and instructional design principles.
  • Experience online and in-person e-learning solutions.
  • Experience of working with content creation tools (RISE, Canva, Eleven Labs, PowerPoint) and VLEs (Blackboard and Moodle).
  • A creative mindset and ability to turn complex concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
  • A team player with a flexible and reflective approach who is committed to personal development.
