We’re looking for an Income Operations Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, driving operational excellence and shaping the future of our income function.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the income and working capital function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Set and monitor cash collection targets, reporting on performance and driving improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and university partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Champion policy implementation, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Management experience in billing/accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, compliance, and working capital priorities.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in the Higher Education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
