We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our dynamic People Team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation
  • Lead and support on employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and capability
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to People Team projects and HR process enhancements
  • Support organisational change, including TUPE activities and change management initiatives
  • Champion our values, helping to embed the QA Spirit across the business
  • Deliver HR-focused training to build managerial capability and employee engagement

Qualifications

  • Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations and absence cases
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in fast-paced HR environments and policy development
