We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our dynamic People Team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation
- Lead and support on employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and capability
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to People Team projects and HR process enhancements
- Support organisational change, including TUPE activities and change management initiatives
- Champion our values, helping to embed the QA Spirit across the business
- Deliver HR-focused training to build managerial capability and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations and absence cases
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in fast-paced HR environments and policy development
