Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in estates, construction, or facilities projects? Do you thrive on delivering complex, high‑value projects that make a real difference? We’re now looking for a Project Manager (Estates) to join our Project Management / Operations team and lead the successful delivery of estates and facilities projects across our UK portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead estates and facilities projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through to completion and evaluation.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop project briefs, plans, budgets, and timelines, using structured project management methodologies.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee procurement and tender processes, ensuring value for money and compliance.
  • Provide clear, evidence‑based updates and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and complete robust project close‑out activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering construction, civil engineering, or estates projects, typically with budgets over £1m.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction processes, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Confident use of RAID management and structured project controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with health & safety, procurement, contracts, and financial management.
  • Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work and project management software.
  • Professional qualification or chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, MICE, RIBA).
