QA Higher Education (QAHE) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced finance environment. You will be responsible for managing agent commission payments and supporting the wider finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end process for agent commission claims and payments
  • Validating commission and bonus claims against contracts and incentive schemes
  • Responding to queries from internal teams and external agents
  • Raising purchase orders and performing supplier reconciliations
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and commercial analysis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident using MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and sumif functions)
  • Is eager to learn and grow in a finance role
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential.
