About our role:
As a QAHE Student Ambassador, you’ll be a key representative of QA Higher Education, supporting with events on campus and beyond. From campus tours to open days, enrolment, and student socials – no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a vibrant and supportive team, inspiring prospective students and enhancing the student experience across our London campuses.
Please note there will be a variety of weekend, daytime and evening hours available.
Here’s a flavour of what’s involved:
- Represent QAHE at on-campus and external events
- Deliver engaging campus tours and support with enrolment/induction
- Assist with event set-up, logistics, and guest welcome activities
- Answer questions about your course and student life at QAHE
- Carry out light admin duties and support QAHE departments
- Be a positive role model and share your student journey
Bring Your Experience:
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at QAHE
- Friendly, Reliable, And Enthusiastic About Helping Others
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A team player who can also use their initiative
- Organised, punctual, and professional
- No experience needed – full training provided!
- Experience volunteering, in societies, or customer-facing roles would be beneficial
Working hours may fall both within and outside of study hours; however, Student Ambassadors are expected to prioritise their academic commitments. The successful candidates will be required to undertake the basic DBS check.
