Administrator within our Compliance Team at QA Higher Education
Full-time, Permanent, Based in London (Hybrid – 2–3 Days On-Site)
Do you have strong administrative experience and a passion for compliance and supporting international students? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
About our role: As an Administrator within our Compliance Team, you’ll work at the heart of our compliance operations, helping to ensure that QA Higher Education meets all UKVI Student Visa regulations. You’ll be part of a supportive team and work closely with students and staff to monitor attendance, guide on visa requirements, and maintain high standards in compliance processes.
Your work will directly support students on the Student Visa route—advising them, keeping records up to date, and ensuring our regulatory responsibilities are met.
Good IT, Word and Excel skills a MUST.
Here’s some of what’s involved: (click through to see the full JD)
Advise students and staff on UKVI Student Visa rules and requirements
Monitor student attendance and engagement, and follow up where needed
Support with enrolment processes for international students
Keep accurate records in line with UKVI and institutional requirements
Work with academic staff to help reduce drop-out rates and promote retention
Collect, organise and report on student compliance documentation
Support the delivery of UKVI audits and ensure all documentation is up to date
Help students understand visa rules through awareness and support sessions
Work collaboratively with academic, admissions, finance, and compliance teams
Bring Your Experience
Experience in UK higher education (desirable)
Confident using Excel, Word, and data monitoring tools (essential)
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the Student Visa route and immigration rules (desirable)
A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
