As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Edinburgh , working from our purpose-built workspace. Responsibilities: Log, triage and manage customer sales orders through Vantage Online and associated business systems, ensuring all information is processed accurately and updated throughout the customer journey Raise purchase orders, coordinate supplier communications and maintain accurate customer, product and order records across digital platforms to support effective workflow management Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and associated business applications, supporting colleagues and promoting best practice in system usage and data management Utilise Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word to manage communications, produce reports, analyse data and support day-to-day operational activities Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to coordinate orders, resolve queries and ensure excellent customer service and operational performance Monitor order progress, deliveries, contracts and customer records through digital systems, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation remains accurate, compliant and audit-ready Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance digital processes, streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of business systems and reporting tools What we are looking for: Confident Outgoing People person Communication skills
