Who we're looking for: A passionate and highly enthusiastic Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join their Aylesbury office. As part of the Dux Advisory Marketing team, you will be assisting the wider team by providing support with all marketing duties. During your apprenticeship, you will work alongside the Marketing Manager and Directors who will support you with on-the-job learning and introduce you to the world of marketing for professional services.
What you will be doing:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans.
- Responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of Dux Advisory.
- Interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and other departments such as accounts, tax, audit and the outsourcing departments.
- Interact with external stakeholders such as clients/customers and suppliers such as printers, local networking groups, and business event organisers.
- Help coordinate and deliver specific marketing activities such as marketing content creation, background market and customer research, monitoring campaign analytics and collecting data, using relevant marketing software/systems, maintaining marketing administration activities such as managing the supply of marketing literature, tracking marketing expenditure, supporting the procurement of, and overseeing the delivery of work by external and internal marketing suppliers.
- Work without high levels of supervision, usually reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Occasionally responsible for decision making on smaller areas of campaigns, but more often will support or influence the decisions of others.

Qualification you require for your apprenticeship:
As well as the above, you will need 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance, you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
