We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Apprentice to join our team.

No previous experience in the industry is required – we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career.

What you'll be doing

As an IT Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including:

  • Refurbishing multifunction printers and photocopiers by repairing or replacing worn and faulty components.
  • Assisting experienced engineers on customer service visits.
  • Supporting the installation and setup of new devices at customer sites.
  • Shadowing our IT support team and learning how remote technical support is delivered.
  • Delivering consumables and supplies to customers when required.
  • Learning diagnostic and troubleshooting skills from experienced professionals.

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good practical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

  • A full, clean UK driving licence is

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.

In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
