Multrees Investor Services are an award-winning investment services company who operate in the Financial Services sector. They support transformational change through a range of outsourced investment services to wealth managers, private banks, family offices, and advisory businesses.

Due to company growth, they are looking to onboard another apprentice into their IT team. Multrees have a strong history of inducting QA Apprentices and supporting them with permanent roles upon completion. When you join the business, you will be assigned a buddy who will be on hand to support you with any training. Your line manager has supported apprentices in the past so you are in safe hands!

What will you be doing in the role:

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve any IT issues that arise.
  • Set up new user equipment profiles and passwords.
  • Provide desktop support.
  • Perform routine IT tasks on your own or with other members of the team.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of all IT systems by undertaking reasonable tasks as required.
  • Maintain records of solved IT queries.
  • Comply with all of Multrees policies and procedures.
  • Undertake other duties as delegated to you by your line manager.

What qualities should you have:

  • A keen interest in computers and networking.
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Good problem solver.

Salary: £20,500 per annum. Your salary will be discussed upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
