About the role: We are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Edinburgh office. The main purpose of your role will be to provide digital support to the court team. You will manage rent arrears case files and instruction of cases and support the department as a whole.

- Gather court instructions for court hearings on a rota and, where necessary, prepare out of town court instructions for those days.
- Assist fee earners by managing and maintaining diary appointments via Outlook and make travel and meeting arrangements where necessary.
- Complete the monthly court invoicing for Sheriff Court and Court of Session payments for the Court department in collaboration with the Cashroom team using LawWare.
Desirable skills:
- A confident approach.
- Well organised.
- A strong attention to detail.

Salary: £18,000 per annum. Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
