They are a family-run business with plenty of growth opportunities for the right candidate. They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their East Kilbride office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Contracts Managers by managing project information and workflows using the in-house bespoke CRM, ensuring all updates and records are accurate and accessible.
  • Coordinate orders for uniforms, tools, and machinery, tracking requests and maintaining up-to-date records in Excel and the CRM.
  • Monitor van and machinery maintenance schedules, logging updates and sharing reminders with the team through Outlook and Teams to keep everyone informed.
  • Process invoices and manage purchase orders, using Xero to track financial transactions and maintain clear communication with suppliers and clients.
  • Prepare and update key documents and reports in Word and Excel, ensuring information is well-organized and easy to share with colleagues.
  • Contribute to company communications by creating engaging social media content and supporting LinkedIn development, using Canva and Word to design and draft posts.
  • Collaborate with team members via Teams and Outlook, helping to coordinate meetings, share updates, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary: £15,600 per annum

Working hours: 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
