About Aerial Express
With over three hundred and fifty great reviews on Trust Pilot, Aerial Express specialise in aerial and satellite communication. They are looking for a driven and confident individual to join their Digital Support team providing support to the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers and other departments while gaining a qualification! This organisation invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in admin, IT, and Marketing. You'll be in safe hands; many apprentices have remained with the company, and one has even progressed to become a manager. You will complete an SCQF Level 6 qualification as part of your apprenticeship, and full training will be provided.
What will I be doing?
- Act as 1st point of contact for customers via Outlook and on the phone.
- Assign work to engineers via Bantham, a CRM system you will become an expert in by the end of your apprenticeship.
- Liaise with all engineers on job updates, ETAs, and payment details using Bantham.
- Track customer information such as the date, cost, and time of service provided for efficient data sourcing on MS Excel.
- Collaborate with staff members in various departments using RAM, a fleet management tool, to monitor vehicle locations, record and report vehicle usage, and schedule maintenance and services.
- Process orders, including taking card payments using the Ingenico card payment system.
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of accurate information on OneDrive.
- Report to supervisor on a daily basis.
