Overview:
Bar One Clothing have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to work within the Finance Support Team.
What’s involved?
- Working in the finance support team as first response to all queries to customers and colleagues internal and external to provide support and guidance before passing on to the relevant team
- Becoming a superuser in the bespoke finance system Back Office to manage accounts and send out customer invoices and look at bank statements
- Utilising Office 365 for managing customer orders and tracker updates
- Utilising the Adobe System to send terms and conditions to clients and customers to sign
- Utilising Microsoft suite such as Excel for reporting and managing user requests
What do they need from you?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- High attention to detail
- Great organisation skills and willing to learn
Salary: £16,380 per annum
Working week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5:30pm
