Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
Responsibilities:
The apprentice will support the marketing function across multiple digital channels. Duties will include:
- Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Assisting with website updates and basic SEO improvements
- Supporting the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
- Analysing marketing performance data and preparing reports
- Assisting with broader marketing campaigns and events
- Producing data visualisations and reports to communicate marketing insights and campaign performance
- Gaining hands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights dashboards) and contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing campaigns
Desirable skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines
- A creative flair and interest in digital media
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) preferred
- Any prior study or experience in marketing, media, business, or IT is advantageous but not essential
Salary: £15,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm
