I am looking to speak with QA Analysts who have some experience/exposure to some Business Analysis responsibilities to join a growing ecommerce business. You will work closely with two other testers to elevate our clients' QA processes.

Your day to day will include:

  • Communicating between internal teams and developers, which consist of in-house and external teams.
  • Writing clear, effective job specs and ensuring requirements deliver real business value.
  • Creating test scripts and owning QA/UAT processes.
  • Investigating and triaging bugs, ensuring the right action is taken.
  • Managing workflows and tickets through Jira.
  • Collaborating with third-party partners and tools (e.g. search platforms).
  • Identifying opportunities to improve UX, performance, and profitability.
  • Streamlining internal systems and processes.
  • Supporting project delivery and documentation.

I am interested in speaking with you if you have:

  • Experience in QA, with some exposure to Business Analysis.
  • Familiarity with SQL and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Prior ecommerce experience is highly desirable but not essential.
