About The Role
Your Role
In this role you’ll deliver learning consultancy services to meet our client’s operational and strategic learning needs, developing existing client relationships and identifying new ones. You’ll design and develop innovative blended learning solutions in both technical and non-technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with key learning stakeholders (client, third party and internal) to establish trust and deliver on their expectations.
- Use your consulting skillset and proven learning methodologies to capture learning requirements and define learning outcomes that meet learning needs.
- Scope, design, develop and deliver creative, innovative and impactful learning solutions for clients.
- Develop learning assessments and evaluations to ensure programmes can be evaluated and measured aligned to organisational aims.
- Work on clients’ sites with regular travel, with the opportunity to work from home when not on site.
- Contribute to internal and client proposals, presentations and bids, collaborating with the team for support.
- Contribute to team knowledge management and skills‑share activities to help grow the capability of the team.
Experience Required
- You have instructional design experience / experience of designing learning solutions.
- You have confidence in tech and digital skills – you are comfortable using tech and talking about tech and digital skills as well as human skills.
- You use creativity in your instructional design to meet clients’ needs in innovative ways.
- You have experience developing trainer‑led, digital or blended learning solutions.
- You have a track record of establishing successful and enduring client relationships, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision makers where appropriate.
- You can evidence strong consulting skills which have enabled the scoping and design of effective learning solutions.
- You have strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills that have enabled you to generate follow‑on work or have created a trusted advisor relationship with clients.
