Who are Q5? We are a Management Consultancy firm that works with businesses to help them solve a range of problems, from how they are organised to what their business strategy should be. Some of our past clients include Burberry, BT, News Corp, House of Commons and Lloyds.

What is the Q5 Youth Panel? An advisory board of Sixth Form students who share their views, expectations and insight on business challenges faced by Q5 Partners and its clients.

What does being a Youth Panellist involve?

  • Attending Youth Panel sessions four times during the school year. These will always be held during school holidays.
  • You may be asked to do a small amount of prep work before sessions.
  • You will be paid for your time and travel.

What are we looking for in our Panellists?

  • Motivated and curious young people, with a passion for business and an interest in sharing their views and meeting new people.
  • Responsiveness - It is important that all Panellists respond in a timely manner to all Q5 communication regarding the Youth Panel.

What is the recruitment process?

  • Completion of your application, we will then begin screening applications in the summer and keep you up to date on the process.
  • For those who are successful, our first panel of the year is earmarked for Friday 30th October in person at our London office.
