Our Enabling Functions team plays a critical role in supporting the business to operate effectively and scale sustainably.
We are looking for someone to join our Marketing Team in our London office. The role is hybrid, with around 2-3 days a week in the office, with flexibility needed to increase this as needed. This is a creative role for someone at the start of their marketing career who is passionate about design, content, and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in bringing Q5’s brand and ideas to life through engaging graphics and video content, while also supporting the wider marketing team in delivering campaigns, events, and digital communications. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong creative portfolio while gaining hands-on experience across the full marketing mix.
Key responsibilities:
- Creative & Content Production (Core Focus)
- Design and create high-quality visual assets for social media, presentations, campaigns, and events
- Support the creation of video content, including storyboarding, filming, and editing
- Help turn ideas and insights into clear, engaging visual formats (e.g. infographics, short-form content)
- Ensure all content is aligned to Q5’s brand and visual identity
- Campaigns & Content Support
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, contributing creative ideas and producing assets
- Assist with adapting content for different channels (social, email, website)
- Help plan and deliver smaller campaigns or content pieces with guidance
- Website & Digital Content
- Upload and update content on the Q5 website, ensuring it is accurate and visually engaging
- Support the production and distribution of newsletters and other digital communications
- Events (support role)
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of events, from small client sessions to larger industry events incl. venue and supplier management
- Liaising with the Office Team re event planning and logistics
- Help design event materials (invitations, presentations, digital assets)
- Provide on-the-day support and help capture content (photos/video/social)
- CRM & Marketing Operations (HubSpot)
- Support the maintenance of the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring contact data is up to date
- Assist with setting up and sending event invitations, newsletters, and marketing emails
- Learn how to segment audiences and support targeted communications
- Wider marketing support
- Work with the marketing team and wider business to support a range of marketing activities
- Ad-hoc administrative support, as required
- Provide creative input and practical support where needed
- Contribute to marketing activity for the Q5 Foundation
Requirements
Desired skills and experience:
- Recent graduate or someone with up to 12 months experience, ideally in a related area
- Strong interest and creative flair for design, content creation, and visual storytelling
- Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- An eye for detail and a good sense of layout, branding, and aesthetics
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills across marketing and creative
- Experience or interest in video creation/editing
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, design, or content
