About The Role

Q4 is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign coordination, and events in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to help deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key EMEA markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Help design and launch targeted inbound/outbound campaigns according to GTM plans, maximizing channel performance and localizing for segment nuances.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Sales, and AM teams to ensure tight campaign alignment, smooth lead handoff, and high MQL-to-SQL conversion, driving pipeline and SQOs for both new business and expansion.
  • Build relationships with leading IR influencers to develop content, coordinate panels, and surface IR challenges that inform campaign strategy.
  • Track and monitor customer communications to identify opportunities to increase engagement and action.
  • Manage contact lists, audience segments, and campaign targeting in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and assets to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adapt messaging and content in collaboration with the global marketing team to ensure localization for EMEA audiences.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure smooth handoff of marketing leads and accurate funnel tracking.
  • Support virtual and in-person events to enhance campaign impact and audience engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Gather feedback and insights from regional prospects and customers to inform messaging and campaign development.
  • Maintain clean, compliant, and actionable marketing data to support effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience welcome); experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B marketing desired.
  • Interest or basic experience in email marketing, campaign coordination, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools is an asset.
  • Data driven problem solving; skilled at campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Agile, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and curiosity about B2B SaaS marketing.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

The anticipated compensation for this role is £35,000 – £45,000 GBP per year. Final compensation is determined by a candidate's unique skills, experience, and internal equity.
