Job title:

Exam Invigilator

Main Duties:

• To conductexaminations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ),awarding body and Q3 Academy Great Barr regulations and instructions;
• To have akey role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination/assessments
• Keep confidential exam question papers and materials securebefore, during and after examinations
• Ensure examination rooms are set up accordingto the requirements
• Instruct candidates in finishing their examinations and collect scriptsand materials
• Dismiss candidates from the examination room

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educated toa good standard of education, in numeracy and literacy
• Experience of invigilationis not required as trainingin the role and dutiesof an invigilator will beprovided
• Have effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Work well as part of a team
• Strong Organisational Skills
