Key Skills
- Proven experience in automotive brake system refinement and NVH engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with vehicle testing and instrumentation for brake NVH.
- Proficiency in NVH measurement systems (HEAD Acoustics, LMS, Polytec) and brake dynamometer testing.
- Strong CAE skills in FEA (3Dx, Altair, Abaqus) for brake system analysis.
- Competence in data acquisition and signal processing tools (Artemis, Link, LMS).
- Knowledge of brake system design, materials, and thermal behaviour.
- Experience in structured problem‑solving (8D, RCA) and quality tools.
- Experience in thermal performance analysis of brake systems.
- Familiarity with pedal feel and brake system performance tuning.
- Exposure to whole vehicle NVH development.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety principles for mechatronic brake systems.
Competences/Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Industry Standard Advanced Driver Training.
- Eligibility to travel freely across Europe without additional visa requirements.
