Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced New Build Plumbers to join our team in Brentford TW8, London (based within walking distance of Brentford Station). The successful candidates will be responsible for installing plumbing, heating & ventilation systems on new build residential developments. Whether you are looking for a permanent position or prefer working on a day rate, we have opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of domestic heating & plumbing systems in new build properties.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • First and second fix plumbing, including pipework, sanitary ware, and heating systems.
  • Ensuring all installations comply with building regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues during the construction phase.
  • Working closely with site managers, contractors, and other trades.
  • Conducting pressure tests and leak detection to ensure system integrity.
  • Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Experience in new build plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of current building regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
